You can access a Chase Sapphire Lounge on a complimentary basis if you are a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card member or an authorized user. This card is popular as it brings a lot of travel benefits and is available on an annual fee basis.

Even if you hold a Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business primary card then also you are eligible for a complimentary access to any Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club. 

Apart from this, these lounges can also be accessed free by the J.P. Morgan Reserve and the Ritz-Carlton Credit Card primary members.

Interestingly, signing up for these cards automatically brings to you a complimentary Priority Pass Select membership. Thus, you can access more than 1,300 Priority Pass airport lounges located in 500+ cities globally, using your Priority Pass Select physical or Digital Membership Card.
